Legal Terms and Conditions for Guitar Repair Services

By using our guitar repair services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Estimates and Final Costs: All prices provided for our guitar repair services are estimates and may be subject to change based on the specific work required. We will provide you with a final cost once we have assessed the scope of work. 
2. Payment: Payment for our guitar repair services is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, venmo and major credit cards.
3. Warranty: We guarantee our work for a period of 30 days from the date of completion. If any issues arise during this time, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
4. Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair services provided. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the repair process, including but not limited to damage to the guitar, accessories, or peripheral equipment.
5. Turnaround Time: We strive to complete all repairs in a timely manner. However, turnaround time may vary based on the complexity of the work required and placement in the work queue. We will provide you with an estimated completion date at the time of repair and will keep you updated on the status of your repair.
6. Inspections and Approvals: We encourage customers to inspect their guitar and approve the repairs before leaving our shop. If you are unable to inspect your guitar in person, we will provide you with detailed photos and descriptions of the work completed.
7. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your repair, please notify us as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations prior to the commencement of work .
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration. We will not engage in litigation or courts.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
